Gulkevichi district presents an investment project on the construction of a processing enterprise

The municipality offers the investors to implement an investment project on the construction of a plant for processing vegetables & fruits.

The purpose of the project in question is to construct a plant for producing vegetable and fruit juices, tomato paste, jams and other fruit & vegetable products with the processing output of 2350 tons of vegetables and 2650 tons of fruits. The estimated capacity of the prospective enterprise makes 11.5 million standard cans of canned products per year. The products will be merchandised to the community, educational enterprises and public catering organizations of Gulkevichi district, Krasnodar region and other regions of Russia.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 223.65 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 120 new jobs.

A land plot of 32,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Maykopskoye village. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city – Kropotkin city" (0,05km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov city – Makhachkala city" is 5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 165 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Gulkevichi is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 165 km, and to the seaport of Novorossisk is 344 km.
