Gulkevichi district presents an investment project on the construction of a recreation facility

The municipal formation Gulkevichi district of Krasnodar region offers to implement a project on the construction of a recreation facility for 40 seats.

The project stipulates the construction of a family recreation facility by providing temporary accommodation and fishery services. It is expected to construct 8 houses for 40 seats. The total area of the facility is 2.8 hectares. As expected, the consumers of the services will be community of Gulkevichi and neighboring districts. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 14.63 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.

A land plot of 28,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Skobelevskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city – Kropotkin city" (0.02km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov city – Makhachkala city" is 28 km.
