The Gulkevichi district of Krasnodar region to present a profitable investment project in the agricultural sector

The Municipality offers the investors to implement a project for the construction of a plant for manufacturing ready-made feeds for domestic animals.

It is planned to construct a two-storied building of the administrative block with a total area of 1,000 sq.m., production block with a total area of 2,500 sq.m. for manufacturing dry, wet and canned feed and warehousing facilities’ building with a total area of 400 sq.m. within the framework of project implementation.

The enterprise in operation will manufacture 1,600 tons of dry feed, 800 tons of wet feed and 520 tons of canned feed yearly for the following consumer category: merchandising chains of Krasnodar region (including pet shops) and pet owners in the Gulkevichi and other districts of the region. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 129.35 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.

A land plot of 131,323 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located near the Mashevsky village. There is a local road, "Gulkevichi city ¾ Mashevsky village" (1.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway Ì-29 "Rostov ¾ Makhachkala" is 31.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Gulkevichi city is 9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 210 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Gulkevichi is 10 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km.
